Spaghetti Sauce Recipe #376315

Rich, slow simmered homemade taste. Red sauce like I grew up with, thanks mom.

SERVES 6

  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Saute onoion till soft. Add garlic cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add all ingredients to large dutch oven. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer on low heat. Cook partially covered 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Uncover and simmmer 1 hour or till thickened, stirring occationally.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Serve over 1 pound cooked spaghetti.
