2 ounces golden rum (preferably Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos)
1 ounce amaretto liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
1 lime peel, for garnish
1 cinnamon stick

Shake ingredients well and pour into a daiquiri glass, garnish with a stick of cinnamon wrapped with a lime peel.
