Jamaican Rummed Baked Bananas Recipe #373768

A fast and delicious dessert

SERVES 4

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a greased baking dish, place the bananas.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
  4. Mix orange juice and rum and pour around the bananas.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with a dollop of coconut cream or ice cream.
