Beer Cheese Soup Recipe #373593

This is a family favorite picked up by my mom years ago. It was in a handout from an Ohio Swiss Colony handout. Enjoy! We love this recipe. (Because they wouldn't let me use "envelope" as a measurement, I omitted it but the soup mixes are all envelopes of dry soup mix.)

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Combine all soups mixes and water and simmer on medium until thick. Slowly add cheese, stir until smooth and add beer. Serve. Leftovers can be frozen and thawed in fridge.
