Pineapple Pop 'em Balls Recipe #372774

Here's a quick and healthy dessert or snack with flavours from the Caribbean. I'm adding this recipe for ZWT5 and haven't prepared it myself yet so I'm not sure how many balls it makes. This recipe comes from the Vegetarian Passport Cookbook by Linda Woolven.

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to a food processor and blend until somewhat smooth.
  2. Add as much juice as is required to make the consistency right for forming into balls.
  3. Form into balls and allow to harden.
