SERVES 2 , 10 boneless buffalo wings

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a food processor, grind cereal into a bread crumb-esque consistency.
  3. Crush potato crisps completely.
  4. In a small dish, combine crushed crisps with cereal crumbs.
  5. Add spices and mix well.
  6. In a separate dish, cover chicken pieces with Frank's Red Hot and toss to coat.
  7. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Give each chicken piece a shake so it's not dripping with sauce, and then coat evenly with crumb mixture.
  9. Lay crumb-covered nuggets on baking sheet.
  10. Bake in heated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until outisides are crispy and chicken is cooked through.
