This is a Danish meatball. They said it was in a very old cookbook. Serve over parselied potatoes.

1½ hours | 1 hour prep

SERVES 4

  1. Mix everything except flour, cream and oil.
  2. Let rest 1/2 hour.
  3. Make balls.
  4. Dust with flour.
  5. Save flour.
  6. Brown in oil.
  7. Add remaining flour and cream and let cook together until gravy forms.
  8. Serve over parselied potatoes.
