Apple Banana Muesli Recipe #370226

I learned how to make this while working at the Grand Wailea Hotel in Maui. It is so easy and delicious, and fills you up for hours.

SERVES 6 , 6 bowls

  1. Put oats into bowl and pour apple juice over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The apple juice will have soaked into the oats, softening it.
  2. For each serving, peel one banana and mash it in the bottom of a cereal bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of the soaked oat mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Top with diced fruit of your choice and enjoy.
