Pinchos De Frutas (Fruit Brochettes) Recipe #370040

Simple, healthy, and lovely dessert from Top Tour of Spain site posted for ZWT5. Amounts for brown sugar were vague so I guessed at what they meant. What does little brown sugar or 1 glass of single cream mean? If someone else can clarify especially the cream amount, zmail me. Feel free to use whatever fruit you have on hand. Notice how you can grill it outside or under your broiler. No time was given for how long to grill it so think it might be 2 minutes?

Optional

  1. Arrange fruit on 4 brochette spears (skewers).
  2. Sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Brown under broiler or on your grill.
  4. Serve.
  5. Optional: melt chocolate in microwave, stir in cream.
  6. Serve brochettes on bed of chocolate or covered in it.
