Easy Shrimp Mozambique Recipe #369849

Spicy shrimp (aka prawns) flavored with rum and garlic. I found this at portugese website and am posting for ZWT5.

SERVES 4

  1. Blend oil,rum,parsley,garlic,oregano,red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp & cook slowly until they are pink.
  2. Boil rice or pasta while shrimp is cooking, be caeful not to overcook the shrimp.
  3. Serve over white rice or pasta.
