Roasted Asparagus (The Best I've Ever Tried!) Recipe #366336

I got this from a "Real Simple" magazine long ago. From then on, I always cook asparagus like this. It is "real simple" and asparagus are kept crispy and green (NOT raw), exactly the way we like to eat them.

SERVES 6

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl combine asparagus, oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
  3. Place on baking sheet and roast 13-15 minutes.
