1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 large potatoes, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce, sprinkled on liberally

Layer the ingredients, in the order listed, in a lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake at 375°F for 75 minutes.
