Zucchini Casserole Recipe #352199

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Cut zucchini lengthwise, remove large seeds, peel and cube.
  2. Cook onion and sausage and drain well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and places in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
