Baby Bok Choy Stir-Fry Recipe #350275

SERVES 2

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook ginger for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add bok choy, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry 3-5 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness.
  3. Remove ginger slices, add sesame oil and serve.
