Barb’s Lentil Soup Recipe #349479

This is simple and delicious. My friend Barb gets all the credit!

SERVES 10

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil.
  2. Add carrots and lentils and return to boiling.
  3. Lower heat to medium and cook until lentils and carrots are soft.
  4. Sautée onion in olive oil until medium brown, then add to soup.
