Green Bean and Stuffing Casserole Recipe #347146

My boyfriend is crazy about stuffing and I have tried to find as many ways as possible to incorporate it into dinner. This is great for a weeknight dinner or can be doubled and used for a holiday dinner.

SERVES 4

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine green beans, soup, milk, cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic power, onion powder.
  3. In a three quart baking dish or 8x8 baking dish, sprinkle 1/3 of stuffing mix.
  4. Top with half of green bean mix.
  5. Layer with 1/3 of stuffing mix.
  6. Top with remaining green bean mix.
  7. Combine butter and remaining stuffing mix and layer on top of the casserole.
  8. Bake casserole for 30 minutes (may have to adjust time for the 8X8 pan).
