Delicious Roasted Cauliflower Dish ***** Recipe #339858

absolutely delicious cauliflower roasting technique, produces gorgeous coloring and flavor to this relatively dull tasting white vegetable. loved by all (even the picky eaters). set it and forget it and youll be pleasantly suprised by this fine and simple dish. enjoy!

1¼ hours | 5 min prep

SERVES 4

  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. wash cauliflower.
  3. pat dry.
  4. chop cauliflower into about 1 inch pieces.
  5. rub pieces individually in margarine.
  6. place on tin foil covered pan.
  7. season with black pepper, seasoning salt, italian seasoning, garlic powder, parmesian cheese.
  8. wrap in tin foil.
  9. bake at 375 for one hour.
  10. let sit for 5 minutes.
  11. serve and enjoy.
