SERVES 6 -8

  1. without covering rice and milk high the micro for 20 minutes.
  2. now, for 5 minutes high the micro at 50% power. remove from micro and grind with a laddle so that the rice breaks.
  3. add the raisins n almonds.
  4. cool it .add the cardamom .
  5. cool it and serve.
