Coconut Rice Recipe #336835

This recipe calls for coconut milk and here is a link to a coconut milk recipe by another zaar member. http://www.recipezaar.com/Creamy-Coconut-Milk-26714 I've list 3 cups of coconut milk for 1 cup of rice but you should follow the instruction on your rice package. The cook time depends on what kind of rice you're using.

  1. 1. Add all ingredients together and bring rice to a boil uncovered under medium heat. Turn to medium low, cover and continue to cook untill rice is done. Discard bay leaf and serve.
