Homemade Pasta Sauce Recipe #32991

I got this recipe from a cooking show. My mom ask me to make it and jar it for her all the time.

SERVES 4 -6

  1. pour olive oil into pot.
  2. smash garlic cloves and olives with the side of a butcher knife.
  3. let olives and garlic cook in oil until slightly brown.
  4. add pepper and onions and cook until soft.
  5. squash canned tomatoes in a seperate bowl with your hands.
  6. add squashed tomatoes, seasonings, and tomato sauce into pot.
  7. cook for about 25 minutes.
  8. serve over pasta.
