Prince of Wales Pudding Recipe #327572

This is an cheap and good old fashion pudding from my Nanna's collection.

SERVES 8

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease a pudding basin with butter put in the mixture.
  4. Seal with lid and steam for 2 hours. Serve with sweet wine sauce or custard.
