Pork Apple-Pineapple Burgers Recipe #326679

SERVES 8

  1. Combine pork, apple, onion, garlic, teriyaki sauce and egg. If dry, add a tablespoon or so of juice from pineapple. Form into 8 patties.
  2. Broil 5 minutes on each side. When turning, place 8 pineapple slices under broiler as well. (Alternatively, place on medium-high grill for 5 min on each side.).
  3. Serve one pineapple slice and one burger on each toasted bun.
