SERVES 4 -6

  1. Mix ingredients together in rice cooker.
  2. Set to "cook".
  3. Dish is done when cooker goes off.
  4. In microwave:.
  5. Add 1 cup water with above ingredients.
  6. Place in a deep casserole dish; cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir; cook on MEDIUM for an additional 30 minutes.
