Homemade Baked Potato Chips Recipe #31566

I made these saturday night for company, very big hit and Lf.

SERVES 8

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl; mix cheese, salt and garlic.
  4. Slice potatoes thinly and place in a layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle both sides with the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake 10 to 13 minutes.
