Curried Fruit Recipe #31289

My grandmother always used to make this with beef Stroganoff (recipe #30159 is my family's recipe).

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Drain fruit well on paper towels.
  2. Melt butter with sugar and curry and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the fruit in a covered, oven-proof dish.
  4. Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
