Cauliflower and Wild Rice Soup Recipe #309713

SERVES 6 -8

  1. In a large saucepan, saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Sprinkle with flour; stir to coat well.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Stir in wild rice, cauliflower and crem until well blended.
  6. Cook gently until heated through; do not boil.
