Twice Baked Ham and Cheese Potatoes Recipe #302

SERVES 6

  1. Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour until soft.
  2. Slice potatoes lengthwise in half.
  3. Scoop out insides, leaving a firm shell.
  4. Place potato pulp and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  5. Beat at high speed until smooth.
  6. Fill potato shells with mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with paprika or parsley.
