Sweet Chipotle Wing Glaze Recipe #299774
I love a little spicy and a little sweet. While my husband and son brutalize them selves by eating fire on their wings I enjoy these. I use Tabascos Chipotle hot sauce. You can also add more or less of the hot sauce to suit your own taste.

SERVES 2 , 24 -30 wings
- 1/2 cup brown sugar corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5-10 dashes Tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat in microwave for 1 minute This is to melt the sugar and meld all the flavors.
- Cool. If you pour the glaze warm it tends to be thin and doesn't really adhere as well.
- Pour over cooked wings and toss.
