  1. Put oil, cumin seed and ginger in a large frying pan and cook over med.
  2. heat 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower and potatoes.
  4. Add some garam masala and red peppers and mix.
  5. Cook over med. heat 7-10 minutes then cover and reduce heat to low-the steam should cook the vegetables-if it seems too dry add a little water.
