Banana Loaf Recipe #290608

mmm..i really like the taste of this loaf,bit sticky.just like you're eating banana :-)

SERVES 6 -8 , 6 -8 servings

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.add eggs to creamed mixture.
  2. Add flour and baking soda to butter and egg mixture,stir to blend well,add bananas and nuts and/ or raisins; combine well.
  3. Pour mixture in greased and floured 9'' x 5" x 3" loaf pan.bake at 350 F for about 6o minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.remove from pan and allow to cool before slicing.
