This is a delicious panini. Chicken salad, leftover roasted veggies (Recipe #245525), and Provolone cheese. Put this on homemade bread (Recipe #210743) and you have one yummy lunch.

  1. Spread bread with mayonnaise on the inside and a little butter on the outside.
  2. Put one slice on the panini gridddle.
  3. Add the cheese, chicken salad, and veggies.
  4. Put top slice of bread on and grill.
