One Dish Beef & Mushroom Pot Pie Recipe #286229

A simple and delicious beef pot pie made from scratch. All you have to do is mix and bake. This recipe comes from www.breadworld.com

SERVES 4

Batter

Beef Filling

  1. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the batter ingredients together in the prepared baking dish and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  4. Saute the mushrooms and bell peppers for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Add sherry.
  6. Stir in gravy mix and water.
  7. Cook until boiling and thickened.
  8. Remove pan from heat and add beef.
  9. Put beef filling evenly over batter.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Place dish in a cold oven.
  12. Set temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
