Easy and Delicious Scalloped Potatoes Recipe #285156

I think this came from a Kraft magazine. It's a delicious addition to a meal! Be generous with your tablespoons of cream cheese and sour cream! This recipe easily doubles or triples.

SERVES 3 -4

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl until well blended.
  3. Add potatoes, ham, green onions, and most of the cheese. Stir to coat all ingredients.
  4. Spoon into a greased 9" square baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
