SERVES 2 -4

  1. Place scallops on foil.
  2. Cover with mushrooms, butter, parsley, and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Double fold heavy duty aluminum foil and seal ends.
  5. Grill on low-medium heat about 12 minutes or until done.
