Pineapple Fried Rice from Cooked (Leftover) Rice and Chicken Recipe #28005

A quick recipe to use up the leftover white rice.

SERVES 4

  1. Put oil in a wok.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. When it turns slightly brown, add eggs or vegetables, rice, chicken or vegetables, spring onions, salt, soy sauce, white pepper powder and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add in raisins and pineapples.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with fried cashews and serve.
