Another refreshing drink. Use blueberries to garnish.

SERVES 1

45 ml tequila
20 ml Frangelico
15 ml pear puree
15 ml lemon juice, fresh
champagne, to top
ice

Shake and strain all ingredients, except champagne, into an ice-filled highball glass.
Top with champagne and garnish with skewered blueberries.
