Pork Chops Casserole Recipe #25636

SERVES 6

  1. Mix together rice, seasoning packet,and hot water.
  2. Place in a lightly greased oblong baking dish; set aside.
  3. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper, and place over rice mixture.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Uncover casserole; combine soup and milk; pour over casserole.
  6. Bake casserole, uncovered 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
