Strawberry Spice Muffins Recipe #239399

Wholesome, sweet, and pretty good for you too - these are a wonderful and flavorful muffin.

SERVES 12 , 12 muffins

  1. In large bowl, whisk together flours, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  2. In separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, and yogurt until emulsified.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry; mix lightly.
  4. Add strawberries and all of berry juice.
  5. Mix batter until combined.
  6. Pour into greased muffin tin; bake at 425 for 22-25 minutes or until well set.
