Company Pork Roast Recipe #23939

This is very tasty and have received rave reviews. I serve the liquid from the roast, in a small bowl, to spoon over the meat.

2¾ hours | 15 min prep

SERVES 6 -8

  1. Place roast, fat side up, in foil lined roasting pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on all sides of roast.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 2 1/2 hours basting frequently.
  4. Uncover the last 45 minutes to brown roast.
