Potatoes Sauteed With Shrimp Recipe #23144

Delicious, different supper.

SERVES 4

  1. Fry potatoes in 3 T olive oil until browned and tender.
  2. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add remaining oil to skillet, add shrimp.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes; add remaining ingredients and saute for 3 minutes.
  5. Return potatoes and mix well.
