Zucchini Au Gratin (Thanksgiving) Recipe #216656

Another way to make zucchini!

SERVES 6 -8

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat and stir in flour.
  2. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, nutmeg and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Add zucchini and mix well.
  5. Stir in egg.
  6. Pour mixture into 8" pie plate or quiche pan.
  7. Combine crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the top of the blend.
  8. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
  9. Brown briefly under broiler.
