Melon Salad With Orange-Lime Dressing Recipe #21294

  1. Combine lime zest, lime juice, orange juice concentrate, and vanilla in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Cut melon in half.
  3. Slice each half into 1-inch wedges; trim away rind.
  4. Cut melon into 3/4-inch pieces.
  5. Combine fruit and dressing.
