Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter Recipe #200623

A quick and oh so tasty use for broccoli. Yumm.

SERVES 4

  1. Steam or boil broccoli until tender, approximately 4 to 8 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat, remove from heat.
  4. Stir in lemon juice. lemon zest, and almonds.
  5. Pour over hot broccoli, and serve.
