My Watermelon Slushy Recipe #175672

I've been on a watermelon kick lately and I've tried it lots of different ways. This is one of my favorites.

SERVES 2

  1. In a blender put the seltzer.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon on top of the seltzer. Add the splenda and then the watermelon.
  3. Blend until slushy.
  4. Depending on your blender, you may need a tad more seltzer.
