Creme Fraiche Recipe #171932

I have a lot of recipes that use creme fraiche as an ingredient, but it's sometimes not that easy to get hold of here in the Uk. I found this on the web and thought I'd share it.

1 cup

  1. Mix both ingredients together in a glass bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature anywhere between 8-24 hours.
  3. It'll be ready when it's really thick.
  4. Once it's done you can keep it in the fridge for up to 10 days.
