Simple Swordfish Kabobs Recipe #169715

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Combine the fish, oli, lemon juice, garlic and paprika.
  2. Cover. Chill 8-12 hours.
  3. Heat broiler.
  4. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Thread onto soaked wooden skewers alternating with the tomatoes and onions. Season.
  5. Broil 7-10 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.
