Cranberry Turkey Puff Pastry Bites - A Recipe #160916

SERVES 8 -10

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Cut 12 2" rounds from the thawed puff pastry sheet.
  3. Bake on ungreased cookied sheet for 20-25 minutes until puffy and brown.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. While still warm, split each pastry into 2 layers.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Meanwhile, mix chopped turkey, mayonnaise, sour cream, cranberry sauce, and ginger in a small bowl.
  8. Spoon turkey mixture onto the split side of each baked and cooled puff pastry round, and serve.
