SERVES 4

  1. Peel, devein and rinse shrimp; pat dry.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag.
  3. Marinate 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill.
  5. Grill shrimp for approximately 4 minutes per side.
  6. Works well with chicken or beef.
  7. Serve with yellow rice.
