Curried Apples Recipe #144849

SERVES 6 -8

  1. Place sliced apples in a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan; add in marmalade and remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour mixture over apples.
  5. Bake in a 400° oven for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
  6. Serve with ham or pork.
