Lemony Drunk Chicken Marinade Recipe #138128

Great for the grill. Makes enough to cover about 8-10 chicken pieces/parts.

SERVES 6 -8

For Marinade

For Chicken

  1. Combine butter, lemon juice, beer, garlic salt, and lemon pepper and whisk.
  2. Pour over the chicken and marinate for 4-6 hours in refrigerator; turning occasionally.
  3. Grill the chicken and brush with some marinade as you go along, but don't brush when nearly done since the marinade isn't "safe" unless thoroughly cooked.
  4. Discard left over marinade.
  5. Chicken is cooked when juices run clear.
  6. Enjoy!
